The SY99 is well-known for its ability to create expressive electric piano sounds, blending the warmth of sampled AWM2 waveforms with the detailed control of FM synthesis. This combination of engines can add shimmering overtones, complex harmonics, and metallic textures to its electric pianos. The SY99 includes sampled waveforms that emulate classic tones, such as Rhodes and Wurlitzer sounds, providing a familiar, warm foundation. These capabilities are combined in a unique way making the pianos feel more organic and responsive than a typical DX7.

The library was sampled with 8 velocity layers to capture every nuance and resonant qualities of this expressive synth.

The library includes a quality set of samples available for the Motif family, Modx, Montage, Genos, PSR Series and Tyros 5. Each instrument includes audio Samples and Keymaps. You can load these sounds through any USB device, pendrive, portable hard drive or card into the keyboard sample memory and you'll be ready to play the instruments, no further programming needed. This is a downloadable product. All instruments are multi-sample and multi-layer at 16-bit/44.1 stereo quality. Every sample was smoothly looped to save sample memory and loading time. More than 2GB of audio data including a new collection of 22 electric pianos sampled to get the most from this synth master piece.
