Based on the SY99 a powerful and highly regarded synthesizer from the early 1990s, top of the SY series considered as the most underrated synth ever. Known for its Advanced FM synthesis combined with sample-based synthesis (called RCM). The SY99 is like having four DX7s on steroids, by allowing users to layer FM sounds with sampled waveforms, creating highly detailed and expressive patches.

It is especially popular in electronic, ambient, jazz fusion, pop, and soundtrack music due to its ability to produce evolving textures, lush pads, and rich, layered tones. Its hybrid synthesis approach allows for an impressive range of sounds, from warm, organic timbres to edgy, metallic FM tones, making it highly versatile for both studio production and live performance.

The library includes a quality set of samples specially programmed for the NN-XT Reason Sampler and Combinator module. All instruments are multi-sample and multi-layer at a crystal clear quality. More than 4GB of audio data including a stunning collection of 256 patches sampled to get the most from this monster synth.
