We offer this website www.amazound.com (the “Site”) including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user. You accept and agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) when you visit or shop at the Site, whether you access the Site through a personal computer, mobile device or any other technology. Payments methods used in our Site are PayPal, Stripe (Credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Giropay, iDeal, Bancontact) and Bitcoin. In order to purchase our products you need to create an account. in the Site. Basic personal data we need from you to register and complete the transaction is your email address and username (any username of your choice). The email address you provide to us may be the same you use for your PayPal account, but this is not a requirement. We never collect data about your financial and credit card information. After checkout according to the selected payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal official site, the Stripe checkout page or our Bitcoin payment provider, then your payment will be processed.
All prices in the Site are expressed in US Dollar, you can change currency to Euro or British Pound from the Site's header menu.
Our products are digital delivered to you. Once your payment is confirmed an email message will be sent to your registered email address with access to your purchased products . You can also access to your account section in the Site and find the corresponding links to download your purchased products. These links will be available for seven days after purchase. You can backup the downloaded files solely for your own use onto your own preferred physical media such as hard drives, usb drives, DVDs. After expiration if you need new links you can contact us by email and we will resend your purchased products.
As we sell digital goods returns are not accepted . In case you find any defect, malfunction or incomplete part in your purchased products you must notify us with a brief description of such defect and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. If we can't fix it in order to provide your purchased products without defects and as stated in each product description, we will refund you in part or in full.

All synth models and other company names, different from Amazound, fully recognized included in this Site for description purposes, are trademarks of their respective companies, which are in no way associated or affiliated with us. Synth models and device images are used solely for the purpose of identifying the sound sources used to make our sample libraries and does not imply any endorsement or cooperation.
The sample libraries we sell involve the tasks of recording, sampling, editing and scripting their content. In many of our libraries we include a dedicated job to get a custom sound design result over the sampled source. In some of our libraries we use to sample synth patches that are public domain and freely available throughout the net. In those cases we expressly remark that we don't commercialize those patch files as you can found around, what we sell is a finished sample library that may include some of those patches to feed the sound source. We do a meticulous research not to include commercial patches that may be found online.
